Some team members will give presentations of their research projects in the Urban Drainage Modelling Conference 2025 at the University of Innsbruck, Austria from September 15 to 19, 2025 :

Professor Sophie Duchesne and Chair coordinator Maya Bedoiseau will be attending the 6th Canadian Water Resources Association (CWRA) Flood Zone Mapping Workshop in Quebec City on April 1, 2025.

Our team was present at CERIU’s 30th INFRA 2024 Congress on November 25 and 26, 2024 in Laval.

This year’s theme is “30 years of collaboration and innovation to develop expertise”. 2 members of the team presented :

  • Integration of double drainage and stormwater source control measures in highly urbanised areas – Juan Esteban Ossa Ossa
  • Performance monitoring and remedial maintenance of a pervious asphalt mix as a stormwater management structure – Ebenezer Oko Arthur

On November 8, Sophie Duchesne gave a presentation on a cost-benefit analysis of green infrastructures for stormwater management at the Ville Perméable webinar organized by the Graie, in partnership with France.

Professor Sophie Duchesne has been invited to give a talk at Réseau Environnement’s 46th Symposium on Water Management on October 22, 2024 in Quebec City. The presentation is entitled “Green infrastructures to manage stormwater in Quebec : beneficial, even in winter!”.
